Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov of the Belgorod region has announced that Ukrainian military personnel have shelled the village of Dronovka. This information was reported in the official Telegram channel of the regional governor.
“The outskirts of the village of Dronovka in the Grayvoron urban district came under fire from the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” Gladkov’s publication stated.
According to the governor of Belgorod, one of the private houses suffered window damage as a result of the shelling by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, and the fence and roof were also damaged.
“Operational and emergency services are working at the scene,” Gladkov clarified.
No further details about the shelling of the village in the Belgorod region have been provided.
Prior to this, Gladkov stated that an unmanned aerial vehicle was shot down over the village of Novaya Derevnya.
It has also been reported that the Ukrainian Armed Forces have fired over 40 shells at the Belgorod region.
Earlier, it was reported that Ukrainian forces had launched 115 shells at the Belgorod region in a day.
