In a recent incident, the governor of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhaev, announced on his Telegram channel that debris from one of the drones shot down over the city had fallen onto the roof of a private house in Andreevka.
According to the Sevastopol Rescue Service, the fragments from one of the downed unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) landed on the roof of a private house in Andreevka. The emergency services are already on the scene, working to extinguish a small fire,” Razvozhaev wrote.
The governor stated that the fire was extinguished at 5:19 am Moscow time.
Prior to this incident, Razvozhaev had reported that the Russian air defense system had been activated over the city’s waters. According to his information, five UAVs were shot down.
On November 6, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that the country’s air defense forces had intercepted two HIMARS rockets and eliminated 23 Ukrainian drones within a 24-hour period.
Earlier, the head of the Voronezh region, Alexander Gusev, reported that Russian air defense forces had successfully shot down unmanned aerial vehicles in the region.
Over the past day, the Russian Armed Forces have repelled two attacks by Ukrainian forces on the Donetsk front.
