Israeli Defense Forces Strike Hamas Hideout near Hospital, Causing Secondary Explosions

The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) have justified their strike on a building adjacent to the Al-Quds hospital by revealing the presence of Hamas members inside. The IDF claims that after the strike, secondary explosions occurred, causing damage to the hospital. This information was reported by the Hamas press service, as cited by TASS.

According to the IDF, their units discovered several Hamas terrorists who had barricaded themselves in a building adjacent to the Al-Quds hospital and were planning to launch attacks on military personnel from there. The soldiers deployed an aircraft to strike the Hamas terrorists. The attack resulted in powerful secondary explosions, indicating the presence of a Hamas weapons depot in a civilian area, according to the IDF.

Footage provided by the Israeli army’s press service shows that the strike near the hospital was accompanied by several additional explosions.

Earlier on Monday evening, the Israeli army conducted strikes on the area surrounding the Al-Quds hospital in the Tel Al-Hawa district in the northern Gaza Strip.

Previously, Israeli President Itzhak Herzog stated that the Hamas command center is located beneath the central hospital in the Gaza Strip.
