Explosions heard in Mirgorod, Ukraine as Russian attacks continue

In the city of Mirgorod, located in the Poltava region of Ukraine, sounds of explosions were heard, according to the UNIAN news agency.

Limited information about the incident has been provided thus far.

The report of the explosions came during an air alarm announcement in the Poltava region. Currently, the alarm has been cancelled.

Earlier, a series of explosions occurred in the city of Zaporizhia, controlled by Kyiv. This was reported by Vladimir Rogov, the chairman of the “We Are Together with Russia” movement.

Russian Armed Forces began targeting Ukrainian infrastructure on October 10, 2022, just two days after the terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge, for which Ukrainian special services were allegedly responsible, according to Russian authorities. The attacks are aimed at energy facilities, defense industries, military command, and communication across the country. Since then, air alarms have been announced daily in various regions of Ukraine, sometimes even throughout the entire country.
