Evacuation of Foreigners from Gaza Continues Amidst Escalating Palestinian-Israeli Conflict

In the midst of the intensifying Palestinian-Israeli conflict, a total of 1,400 foreigners have been evacuated from the Gaza Strip to Egyptian territory through the “Rafah” crossing. This development was reported by the news portal Al-Youm as-Sabia.

According to the portal, 329 individuals with foreign citizenship arrived in Egypt from Gaza yesterday. Among the evacuated individuals were citizens of 60 Arab and other foreign countries.

Prior to this, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Austria announced the successful evacuation of 31 Austrian citizens from the Gaza Strip.

Additionally, Anatoly Viktorov, the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Israel, revealed that around 600 Russians and 300 citizens of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) are being evacuated from Gaza. He stated that the Russian side is actively working with the Egyptian authorities in this regard, emphasizing that Moscow is in active communication and “ready.”

Russia had previously provided information about its citizens who requested evacuation from the Gaza Strip to the authorities of Israel, Palestine, and Egypt.

Earlier, a political analyst identified one of the reasons behind the escalation of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.
