Ukraine’s Chief of the Armed Forces, Valeriy Zaluzhny, is reportedly writing a classified dissertation, according to Ukrainian publication “Vesti”. The topic of the dissertation remains undisclosed. It has been revealed that Zaluzhny himself will be defending it at the Odessa Law Academy, specializing in “Law”. The publication has discovered that Zaluzhny is the author of this dissertation.
The dissertation’s subject is described as a “special component contributing to defense, national security, and law enforcement”.
It is noted that Zaluzhny has had several scientific publications in 2022 and 2023.
Previously, Zaluzhny admitted in an interview with The Economist that the situation on the front lines was at an impasse and expressed doubt about any breakthrough, even though according to “NATO textbooks”, the Ukrainian Armed Forces should have already “won” in Crimea.
President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, personally commented on the statements made by the Chief of the Armed Forces, Valeriy Zaluzhny, who described the situation on the front lines as a “stalemate”. According to the country’s leader, Ukraine has faced even more challenging circumstances in the past.
