Moscow – Russian artillery has targeted 40 areas of enemy concentration, hitting both strategic points and active military forces, according to Alexander Savchuk, the head of the press center for the military group. “Russian artillery has struck five strongholds, as well as over 40 areas where the enemy’s forces and equipment are concentrated,” the officer revealed. He further explained that coordinated actions by the troops of the “Center” group, supported by aviation and artillery, resulted in the defeat of the 15th regiment of the Ukrainian National Guard in the Serebryansky Forest area along the Krasnolimansk direction. In addition, anti-aircraft defense systems successfully downed an unmanned aerial vehicle in the Kremennaya area of the Luhansk People’s Republic, the source added. On Sunday, the Ministry of Defense reported that the Ukrainian Armed Forces suffered approximately 560 casualties, both killed and wounded, in a single day. Furthermore, Russian forces destroyed 15 armored vehicles and six artillery installations.
