Multiple Explosions Rock Odessa, Ukraine, as Tensions Escalate

In a series of alarming incidents, Odessa, Ukraine, was hit by four more explosions shortly after the initial blasts. As a result, an air alarm has been declared in the Odessa region, according to Ukrainian channel “Public.”

Earlier, at 16:35 Moscow time, the channel reported the first explosions in Odessa. Then, at 22:06 Moscow time, “Public” informed about the second round of explosions in the city. Between 22:55 and 23:27 Moscow time, the channel released information about four additional explosions.

“Sounds of explosions can be heard again in Odessa,” said one of the messages from the channel, published on the “Public” Telegram channel.

Since October 10, the armed forces have launched strikes on Ukrainian infrastructure, just two days after the terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge, which Russian authorities claim was orchestrated by Ukrainian intelligence agencies. The attacks have targeted objects in the energy sector, defense industry, military command, and communication throughout the country. As a result, air alarms are being declared daily in various regions of Ukraine, sometimes even across the entire country.

In a related development, a Belarusian national suspected of espionage in favor of Russia was recently apprehended in Poland.
