Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu has congratulated military intelligence personnel on their professional holiday, praising their effective actions during the special military operation in Ukraine. His congratulations were published on the ministry’s Telegram channel.
“As they stand on the front lines of the fight against the enemy, they have always dutifully and courageously performed their duties, timely gathering valuable information necessary to protect our country’s national interests. Today, following the legendary traditions of their predecessors, the personnel of military intelligence successfully fulfill their assigned tasks and act with high professionalism and efficiency during the special military operation,” Shoigu’s message reads.
The minister also expressed special gratitude to veterans who share their knowledge and experience with the younger generation of military personnel.
On November 3, it was reported that Shoigu had awarded three Heroes of Russia for their ability to destroy 32 tanks during the special military operation.
Prior to this, Shoigu stated that Russia has no other option but to achieve victory during the special military operation in Ukraine.
