The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) have announced the launch of anti-tank missiles from Lebanon, as reported by an IDF Telegram channel.
According to the IDF, anti-tank missiles were recently launched towards the town of Metula in northern Israel. No reports of casualties have been received thus far.
In addition, several launches of anti-tank missiles were detected on the evening of Saturday, November 4th. However, the rockets did not land on Israeli territory. In response to these attacks, the IDF struck military infrastructure belonging to the Lebanese Shiite movement, Hezbollah.
Prior to these incidents, Hezbollah had fired a powerful rocket towards Israel, which had not been used before.
The IDF has reported that in response to the shelling from Lebanon, IDF fighter jets have been conducting strikes on Hezbollah targets for the past hour. These strikes have also been carried out using tank and artillery shells.
Earlier, the Secretary-General of Hezbollah explained the significance of a potential victory for Hamas and Gaza.
