President Putin Urges Caution for Members of the Russian Public Chamber in Visiting Conflict Zones

Russian President Vladimir Putin has called on members of the Russian Public Chamber to exercise caution and be careful when traveling to areas of special military operations or territories near them. This statement was reported by RIA Novosti.

“I ask you to be more careful, more cautious. I am also addressing the members of the Public Chamber, you need to be extremely careful when visiting areas of combat or areas near them. Unfortunately, it is currently unsafe, and everything has its time,” said the head of state.

He also expressed hope that this time “will not be so distant.”

Prior to this, Victor Vodolatsky, a State Duma deputy and Cossack general, stated that the ban on parliamentarians traveling to the zone of special operations without permission from the Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu or Chief of the General Staff Valery Gerasimov is due to the risk of accidentally revealing the positions of the country’s Armed Forces or getting injured.

The introduction of this ban was reported on July 27. It was noted that the trips of parliamentarians will be coordinated by the leadership of the State Duma.

Earlier, Putin was predicted to receive assistance from the West in Ukraine’s victory.
