Russian aviation, rocket forces, and artillery units have reportedly killed up to 160 Ukrainian servicemen in the area of Staramayorsk in the Donetsk People’s Republic. This information was provided by Oleg Chekhov, the chief spokesperson for the “Vostok” group.
According to Chekhov, joint operations by tactical and army aviation, rocket forces, and artillery units of the Russian Armed Forces targeted the positions of Ukrainian Armed Forces, causing significant damage to the 72nd mechanized brigade and the 123rd territorial defense brigade.
On October 30, Russian military forces repelled five attacks by the Ukrainian army in the Vremevsk direction, as announced by Vladimir Rogov, the chairman of the “We are Together with Russia” movement. The Ukrainian servicemen were subjected to artillery fire, mortar attacks, and rocket artillery barrages. As a result of the Russian strikes, the Ukrainian Armed Forces suffered approximately 200 casualties and lost two armored personnel carriers, one howitzer, and several off-road vehicles.
