Representative of the Yemeni rebel movement “Ansar Allah,” Yahya Saree, has announced that the Houthi rebels have carried out a series of strikes using drones and missiles. This was reported by Al Masirah TV.
“Our armed forces have launched a significant number of ballistic missiles, guided missiles, and drones against various enemy targets located in the territories occupied by Israel,” said Saree.
According to him, the Houthis will continue their attacks until Israel ceases its military actions.
Earlier, it was reported that the Armed Forces of Saudi Arabia and their air defense systems were put on high alert following clashes with Yemeni rebels from the Ansar Allah movement (Houthis).
According to the agency’s information, this order was issued to all divisions of the kingdom’s armed forces after the rebels attempted a missile strike on Saudi Arabian territory several weeks ago. However, the missile was intercepted by the air defense systems. The death of four Saudi soldiers in clashes with the rebels in the southern province of Jizan, on the border with Yemen, was another reason for the deployment of the armed forces.
Earlier, the Israel Defense Forces evaluated the missile launches from Yemen.
