An operator from the television channel “Zvezda” has been injured as a result of shelling by Ukrainian armed formations in the Budennovsk district of Donetsk. The news of this incident was reported on the “Zvezda” Telegram channel.
According to the report, the operator, who works for the television channel, sustained shrapnel injuries during the shelling.
Earlier, it was reported that journalists from TASS and “Izvestiya” were also affected by the shelling carried out by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). The journalist from “Izvestiya,” Evgeny, and the TASS photo correspondent, Dmitry Yagodkin, were among those injured. The AFU targeted one of the civilian infrastructure objects.
Previously, the DPR representation in the JCCC reported that Ukrainian forces shelled Donetsk several times on Tuesday evening, firing around ten cluster munitions. As a result, a large fire broke out.
