A series of explosions has occurred in the Nikolaev region of Ukraine, according to a report by the local television channel “Obschestvennoe” on Telegram.
The publication states, “Explosions are heard in the Nikolaev region.”
According to the information from the television channel, the Air Force command of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported the operation of air defense systems against unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
According to reports, the Russian Armed Forces began attacking Ukrainian infrastructure on October 10, just two days after the terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge, which, according to the Russian authorities, was carried out by Ukrainian special services. The attacks target objects in the energy, defense industry, military command, and communication sectors across the country. Since then, air alarms have been declared daily in various regions of Ukraine, sometimes even nationwide.
Yesterday, air alarms were declared in several regions of Ukraine, including the Nikolaev region.
Later, after the air alarm was announced in Odessa, local residents heard explosions in the settlements of Tairova and Cheremushki. Some time later, a series of explosions was recorded in Myrgorod, Poltava region. Additionally, an explosion occurred in Kherson, a city under Kiev’s control.
Previously, a Ukrainian drone damaged a gas installation in Kuban.
