Former CIA Analyst Raises Concerns about Ukraine’s Actions towards Kursk Nuclear Power Plant

Former CIA analyst Ray McGovern has claimed that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is attempting to attack the Kursk Nuclear Power Plant out of desperation following the loss of support from Western countries. In an interview with the YouTube channel Judging Freedom, McGovern expressed his concerns about the potentially dire consequences of Zelensky’s actions and hoped that Europe would be able to prevent a catastrophe.

According to McGovern, Zelensky’s recent actions represent a last-ditch effort driven by desperation. The former intelligence officer believes that such actions could have extremely severe consequences. He also highlighted the importance of Europe’s role in restraining Zelensky and avoiding a disaster.

McGovern further stated that Ukraine’s future may be in jeopardy due to the prioritization of military aid to Israel over Ukraine. This raises concerns about the potential end for Ukraine in the near future.

Earlier reports indicated that the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) was aware of Russian messages regarding drone attacks near the Kursk Nuclear Power Plant. The IAEA also noted that one of the drones exploded, causing minor damage to the building housing the spent nuclear fuel.

Zelensky had previously mentioned the obstacles preventing Ukraine from shifting the conflict onto Russian territory.
