In a recent interview with Onet, Polish Colonel Petr Lewandowski stated that the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) failed to complete their troop rotation before the start of the Russian offensive operations.
“It is interesting, however, that the Russians took certain steps and managed to surpass the Ukrainian rotation. It seems they were aware of it,” the military officer noted.
Lewandowski added that it is likely that the Russian army is in possession of Ukrainian plans.
According to him, at the moment, the initiative is fully in favor of the Russian army across the front line.
Prior to this, the Russian Ministry of Defense stated that the morale and psychological state of the UAF fighters involved in the battles on the Southern Donetsk and Solydarno-Bakhmut directions is critically low.
Earlier, Ukraine outlined the conditions for conducting negotiations with Russia.
