Sirens of the air raid warning system were heard in the Carmel region of northwest Israel, alerting the population to the threat of rocket attacks. The Israel Defense Forces reported this on their Telegram channel.
“The sirens sounded in the Carmel region,” the publication stated.
Prior to this, it was announced that the number of Russian citizens included in the lists for evacuation from Gaza has exceeded 500.

Israeli Air Force conducted strikes on hundreds of militant targets in the Gaza Strip, and the National Security Council decided to halt the supply of water, food, goods, electricity, and fuel to the enclave. On October 13, Israel informed the United Nations that 1.1 million Palestinians must be evacuated to the southern part of Gaza in anticipation of a ground operation.
