Sevastopol Governor Warns of Military Exercises and Urges Residents to Take Precautions

Sevastopol Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev has issued a warning in his Telegram channel that the Black Sea Fleet will be conducting preventive measures against underwater sabotage forces and means (USF) from 7:40 to 9:00 (Moscow time).

According to the governor, the military plans to fire rocket bombs and conduct grenade launches from boats.

As a result, local residents have been informed that multiple explosions will be heard.

The day before, the Black Sea Fleet conducted exercises with rocket bombs near Sevastopol.

On September 22, Razvozhaev reported on the attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet in Sevastopol. He urged local residents not to approach the shell fragments and not to publish photos and videos from the scene of the incident and the air defense operation.

Due to the threat of another attack, citizens were asked not to leave their buildings and to seek shelter when the siren sounds. After half an hour, Razvozhaev announced the end of the air alarm.

Earlier on September 21, the Ukrainian Armed Forces attempted to launch a mass attack on Crimea using drones. As a result of the air defense operation over the Black Sea and the territory of Crimea, 19 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles were destroyed. Additionally, one drone each was shot down over the territories of the Kursk, Belgorod, and Oryol regions.

Previously, Zelensky mentioned the obstacles preventing Ukraine from moving the conflict to Russian territory.
