Russian armed forces have reportedly made significant advancements in the Zaporizhia region of Ukraine. According to Vladimir Rogov, the leader of the public movement “We are Together with Russia,” Russian troops successfully attacked Ukrainian positions in the area, specifically near the towns of Priyutne and Novodarovka. Rogov praised the Russian military’s performance, stating that they had executed a successful assault and consolidated their positions, advancing approximately 200 meters.
In addition to the progress in the Zaporizhia region, Rogov also highlighted the Russian soldiers’ achievements on the Vremevsky front. He emphasized that several successful attacks had been carried out by Russian forces towards the Donetsk villages of Novomayorskoye and Novodonetskoye.
On October 24th, Russian troops raised their national flag over the Avdiivka coke plant, a strategic location within the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR). This height offers a significant advantage as it allows for effective control over adjacent territories.
The day before, Jan Hahyn, an advisor to the head of the DPR, announced that Russian forces had pushed Ukrainian troops back from the railway line near the village of Kleschevka, located south of Artemivsk.
Earlier, in the Zaporizhia region, it was reported that Russian forces had successfully launched a counter-attack near the village of Verbovye.
