Las Vegas Woman Arrested for Stealing $57,000 from Sugar Daddy

Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department recently held a press conference to address the arrest made in the murder of rapper Tupac Shakur back in September 1996. In an unexpected turn of events, a man in his 50s who met 27-year-old Hailey McNally on the dating site “Seeking” found himself robbed of $57,000 after a weekend together in Las Vegas, as reported by 8newsnow.com.

According to the police documents cited by the local outlet, the man had paid McNally $2,500 for her time and treated her to a U2 concert. However, during the concert, she made an excuse to use the bathroom and used the opportunity to allegedly steal $50,000 in cash and $7,000 in poker chips from his safe in Caesars Palace.

McNally was subsequently arrested and charged with grand larceny and burglary. The victim informed the police that while they had discussed sex, it never occurred. The pair had initially connected on Seeking.com, a dating site that caters to older men and women seeking younger companions. They met in person on October 13th.

After the man gave McNally some money, they went to a pool and had dinner, during which he became intoxicated. She helped him home and put him to bed before leaving for the night. The next morning, they reconvened while he was gambling with his friends. He gave her $400, which she reportedly used to win around $3,100.

At some point between their gambling activities and the concert, McNally allegedly discovered the safe passcode when she asked to store her purse inside. She then used the excuse of going to the restroom during the concert to disappear without a trace. The man tried contacting her via text, but received no response. After nearly an hour, he called Caesars Palace security to lock down his room. Upon his return, he found the safe empty.

Police swiftly located McNally using surveillance footage and apprehended her. While she denied taking the money, authorities discovered $11,700 in cash and $5,200 worth of poker chips in her possession. The whereabouts of the remaining cash remain unclear as police have not provided further information.

McNally has been released on bail and is scheduled to appear in court on November 22nd. The investigation is ongoing, and anyone with information is urged to contact authorities.

This incident serves as a reminder to exercise caution when engaging in online dating and to be wary of potential scams.
