Attacks on Ukrainian Infrastructure Continue Amidst Tensions with Russia

In a recent development, the city of Zaporizhia, controlled by the Ukrainian government, has been targeted. This was announced by Yuri Malashko, the appointed head of the Zaporizhia region, in his Telegram channel.

According to him, the explosions have caused damage to buildings within the premises of the facility. Ukrainian media had previously reported a series of explosions in the city amidst an announced air alert.

Yesterday, explosions occurred in Odessa and in a part of the Kherson region under Kyiv’s control. Additionally, repeated explosions have been recorded in the Kirovohrad region of Ukraine.

On October 10, 2022, just two days after the terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation began targeting Ukrainian infrastructure. Since then, daily air alerts have been declared in various regions of Ukraine, sometimes even across the entire country. Attacks have been carried out on objects in the energy sector, defense industry, military command, and communication throughout the country.

Earlier, residents of Sevastopol were warned of gunfire and explosions due to fleet exercises.
