In a recent statement, Yan Hahin, an advisor to the leader of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), revealed that the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) have suffered significant losses in the past 2-3 weeks. This information was reported by RIA Novosti.
According to Hahin, the Ukrainian army is also running out of foreign weapons. He stated that the UAF has incurred substantial losses in terms of equipment and personnel since the Russian army intensified its actions along the entire front line.
“For the past two to three weeks, the enemy has lost a significant number of personnel – this figure is measured in thousands. And when it comes to equipment losses, it already amounts to hundreds,” shared the advisor to the DPR leader.
Previously, Sergey Zybinsky, the head of the press center for the Western Grouping, reported that Russian Armed Forces fighters destroyed an ammunition depot and a radio-electronic warfare (REW) station of the Ukrainian army in the Kupyansk direction.
The ammunition depot belonged to the 60th Mechanized Brigade of the UAF and was destroyed in the area of Ogurtsova.
Earlier, a UAF soldier expressed his lack of understanding regarding the reasons behind the conflict in Ukraine.
