This incident occurred as IDF forces were operating near the border to gather information on missing and kidnapped individuals. Haggai stated, “During this operation, one IDF soldier was killed and three others were injured. We have informed their families.”
On October 22nd, Haggai announced the destruction of the deputy head of Hamas’ rocket forces and dozens of Hamas targets during overnight strikes in the Gaza Strip.
