Ukrainian Soldier Shares Experience of Training with American Instructors

Ukrainian soldier Alexander Lyska, who was captured by the Russian Armed Forces on the Zaporizhia front, has revealed that he found nothing extraordinary about the training he received from American instructors. Lyska shared this information with reporters from RIA Novosti.

“After Zhovkva, I underwent training in Germany. There was nothing special, just basic military training in Germany – tactical medicine, shooting… It was all the same as here. We were trained by American instructors,” Lyska said.

According to him, the Ukrainians were not given the names, ranks, or positions of the Americans.

Foreign instructors are also present in limited numbers on Ukrainian territory. It has recently been reported that some of them have been leaving the country due to the escalation of the situation in the Middle East.

Commander of the “Ahmat” special forces, Apti Alaudinov, revealed that there were many Israeli fighters in Ukraine who served as instructors or were part of special forces units. However, according to Alaudinov, they are now returning to their homeland.

Earlier, a Ukrainian tank crew member who was captured by the Russian Armed Forces revealed the only way to survive on the Zaporizhia front.
