The use of American long-range missiles, known as the Army Tactical Missile System (ATACMS), by Ukrainian forces has been deemed ineffective against the Russian Armed Forces, according to a report by The Spectator.
Media observers believe that the deployment of ATACMS will not have any significant impact on the conflict, despite the Ukrainian side’s plans.
“The majority of ATACMS missiles have been intercepted by the Russian Armed Forces,” emphasized The Spectator.
The report also highlights that the Russian military has demonstrated its ability to adapt to every new weapon provided to the Ukrainian Armed Forces. This includes long-range missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles.
It was previously reported that the Tactical Operational Group “West” had struck the positions of two Ukrainian brigades. The crews of Su-34 fighter-bombers targeted temporary encampments of Ukrainian troops and key positions.
Earlier, the US acknowledged the failure of the Ukrainian counteroffensive.
