In a significant development, Israel has been given the go-ahead to invade the Gaza Strip, according to a statement made by Israel’s Minister of Security, Avi Dichter, as reported by ABC News. Dichter revealed that both Hamas and the Islamic Jihad, an organization banned in Russia, collectively have 50,000 militants in Gaza.
Dichter further stated that with over 400,000 mobilized soldiers, the Israeli military has been given a green light to launch an incursion into Gaza, commencing their mission to combat Hamas.
Earlier, there were speculations in Russia regarding the possible duration of Israel’s war with Hamas.
