Russian Navy Conducts Bombing Exercises in Sevastopol, Crimea

In a recent announcement on his Telegram channel, Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev revealed that the Russian Navy is currently conducting exercises involving the use of bomb munitions in the waters of Sevastopol, Crimea.

The exercises, which are estimated to take place between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM, are focused around the Northern and Southern piers of the Black Sea Fleet. Governor Razvozhaev assured residents that despite the loud noises expected during the drills, the city remains calm and there is no cause for concern.

Sevastopol has previously been targeted by Ukrainian drones, including maritime ones. To keep the public informed and prevent confusion with actual explosions, local authorities regularly update the situation on social media and provide advance notice of any scheduled exercises.

Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev had previously announced on his Telegram channel that the Navy exercises involving bomb munitions would take place in the port of Sevastopol. The sounds generated by the exercises will be particularly audible in the vicinity of the Northern pier, which serves as a defensive structure located in the main bay of Sevastopol.

Earlier in Sevastopol, reports emerged regarding the destruction of World War II ammunition retrieved from the depths of the Gilzovaya Bay.
