Russia Denies Claims of Weapons Supply from North Korea, Citing Lack of Evidence

The spokesperson for the Russian President, Dmitry Peskov, has dismissed allegations of weapon supplies from North Korea to the Russian army as baseless, according to TASS.

The Kremlin representative noted that similar claims are regularly made not only by British intelligence but also by American intelligence, yet they never provide any evidence.

“We have always responded that North Korea is our closest neighbor, and we will continue to build mutually beneficial relations with our nearest neighbor based on mutual respect. We will develop relations in all areas. This is our sovereign right, and we do not think that anyone has the right to interfere,” said Peskov.

Earlier, North Korea referred to NATO’s nuclear exercises as a rehearsal for war.

The DPRK referred to NATO countries as “nuclear fanatics” who, with the support of the United States, engage in dangerous nuclear weapon games.

Previously, North Korea stated that the submarine incursion by the US into South Korea is a “condition for the use of nuclear weapons.”
