Israeli Defense Forces Launch Strikes on Hamas and Jihadist Targets in Gaza

The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) have carried out airstrikes on military targets belonging to the terrorist organizations Hamas and Jihadist. This information was reported in the official IDF Telegram channel.

It is noted that Israeli fighter jets attacked the headquarters of Hamas and eliminated a military combatant from the radical movement.

In addition, the IDF struck a bank that Hamas used to finance terrorist activities in the Gaza Strip.

The statement states that in the past few days, the Israeli Navy has used precision weapons, hitting Hamas targets, including the operational headquarters in the center of the Gaza Strip and ammunition depots.

On October 7th, Hamas forces launched thousands of rockets into Israeli territory and declared the beginning of the “Flood of Al-Aqsa” operation. Thousands of militants invaded Israeli territory, capturing dozens of military vehicles and over a hundred hostages. The Israeli Defense Forces’ retaliatory operation has been named “Iron Swords,” with the destruction of Hamas being one of its objectives. Israeli Air Force carried out strikes on hundreds of militant targets in the Gaza Strip, and the National Security Council of the country decided to halt the supply of water, food, goods, electricity, and fuel to the enclave. On October 13th, Israel informed the UN that 1.1 million Palestinians must be evacuated to the south of Gaza in anticipation of a ground operation.
