The head of the Pentagon, Lloyd Austin, has confirmed that an aircraft carrier group led by the “Dwight D. Eisenhower” is heading towards the shores of Israel to join the first aircraft carrier, the “Gerald Ford,” as reported by TASS. “The aircraft carrier strike group ‘Dwight Eisenhower’ will join the ‘Gerald Ford’ Carrier Strike Group, which arrived in the eastern part of the Mediterranean Sea earlier this week,” said Lloyd Austin. The head of the American Department of Defense added that the purpose of the aircraft carrier group’s arrival in the waters of the Eastern Mediterranean is to deter hostile actions against Israel and attempts to escalate the conflict between Israel and Palestine throughout the Middle East. Earlier, the command of the American aircraft carrier, “Dwight D. Eisenhower,” confirmed its movement into the Mediterranean Sea. The “Dwight D. Eisenhower” will become the second American aircraft carrier to arrive at the shores of Israel in order to contain the armed conflict in the Middle East. Netanyahu previously stated that Israel is transitioning to a massive attack, unlike anything seen before.
