Russian military units of the “Center” group have successfully repelled nine attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) in the Krasnolimansk direction. According to Alexander Savchuk, the spokesperson for the group, the Ukrainian troops suffered up to 540 casualties. The clashes took place in the areas of the Yamopol and Serebryansk forests. Russian forces utilized artillery fire and air strikes.
“The enemy’s losses amounted to up to 540 servicemen, with four tanks, two infantry fighting vehicles, and two vehicles destroyed,” added Savchuk. Additionally, a Ukrainian drone was shot down in the Kremenna area.
Previously, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation announced that the operational-tactical and army aviation, missile forces, and artillery of the Russian Armed Forces had struck a Su-25 attack aircraft at the Dolgintsevo airfield in the Dnipropetrovsk region. A missile launcher of the “Tochka-U” missile complex was also destroyed in the vicinity of the settlement of Peresechnoye in the Kharkiv region.
Earlier, the Kremlin assessed the risk of increased attacks on Russian infrastructure by winter.
