Zaporizhia Governor, Evgeny Balitsky, informed journalists that the Russian Armed Forces’ artillery is actively engaging the enemy in the vicinity of the settlement of Rabotino, with advantageous positions. According to TASS, Balitsky stated, “Rabotino is a gray zone. Our troops are holding positions calmly and operating against the enemy from the right and left hills of Rabotino. Today, we have favorable positions.” He further explained that the Ukrainian forces are situated in a valley, which suits their strategy. “We are satisfied with the current situation. We are positioned on the hills, while the enemy is descending into the valley, and we are effectively countering them with artillery. This position is advantageous and suits us,” added the regional governor. Earlier, Evgeny Balitsky mentioned that Rabotino no longer physically exists as the village has been completely destroyed. On September 19, Balitsky stated that a third wave of counter-offensive by the Ukrainian Armed Forces is expected on the Zaporizhia front. Previously, the Ukrainian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Kuleba, called on critics of the speed of the Ukrainian offensive to “shut up.”
