Ankara, September 25 – The details of a proposed meeting between the presidents of Russia, Turkey, Azerbaijan, and Armenia remain uncertain, as consensus from all parties is yet to be reached, according to a diplomatic source in Ankara. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan had recently put forward the idea of a four-way summit involving the leaders of these countries; however, Ankara has not received a response to the proposal.
